Shipments & Returns

On business days, and if all products are in stock, all orders are shipped within two business days. If the actual stock differs from the what's indicated on the website we will get in touch with you to discuss the possibility of a partial delivery, so that you can enjoy your electronic cigarette as soon as possible.

Weekends and holidays

All orders are shipped with GLS or the Post. No sorting of parcels takes place on Saturdays and Sundays.


Once your order has been packed for shipping you will receive a Track&Trace code by e-mail so that you can follow the route of your package.


Because of the high costs associated with cash-on-delivery shipments reimbursements are only possible for orders with a value exceeding €150.

The cost of COD shipping is €5. If the order is refused or not collected the shipping cost will be charged to you.

When can I return a product?

You can return a product to Invicsa when:

  • you have a right of withdrawal (approval period)
  • Invicsa delivered the wrong product
  • the product is defective upon delivery
  • the necessary repair or replacement falls within the period and conditions of the warranty

Delivery of the wrong product

Have we accidentally delivered the wrong product to you? Then please contact us as soon as possible. We will make sure that you receive the right product as soon as we can. In case the wrong product needs to be sent back to us we will refund the costs of shipping.

The product is defective upon delivery

Consumables such as atomizers are excluded from the 12-month warranty, but we do give a DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee. Should you receive a consumable that does not work when you receive it, then please contact our customer service. We will deliver a replacement product to you as soon as we can.

Do long does it take to repair or replace an item?

Once we have received and tested the returned products we will get in touch with you. The processing time depends on various factors. At Invicsa we do our utmost to keep this time to a minimum. We process returned packages in order of receipt. This generally does not take more than a few business days. At Invicsa we do not send out replacement products before we have received and tested the returned package.


Watch out! Don't EVER use a standard envelope to send parts. These are damaged and ripped easily. Always at least use a reinforced envelope or an envelope with bubble wrap.


  • Please contact us before sending us any (defective) items. You can do so by e-mail only.
  • When returning a product, please take into account the additional shipping costs that will be charged to you.
  • We have to inspect all returned items first before we can send you back a new item. In case we can't send the item we will provide you with a refund of the purchasing price.
  • Only batteries and chargers can come with warranties (by presenting the purchasing receipt or invoice). When sending batteries please also send us the charger, so that we can rule out the charger as the cause of the problem.
  • Batteries (if undamaged) come with a 3-month warranty. The warranty is not applicable to batteries that have been dropped or damaged.
  • Chargers come with a 24-month warranty. Using chargers different from the one supplied can be dangerous and affect the capacity of the battery. In this case the warranty will be rendered void.
  • Consumer goods (such as mouth pieces, clearomizers, atomizers, coil heads, cartridges, etc...) unfortunately come without warranty. We apply DOA (Death-on-Arrival) here.
  • The warranty of any item that has come into contact with E-liquid is rendered void.
  • Bottles of E-liquid may only be returned within 48 hours of purchasing, on the condition that the plastic seal has not been broken.
